Oct 1 (Reuters) – The Worldwide Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) representing U.S. dockworkers has filed for a chapter 11 chapter safety to resolve a pending litigation with the Oregon affiliate of the Worldwide Container Terminal Providers Inc (ICTSI).
