Chinese language homeowners AVIC Leasing and Zhejiang Jinpu have signed up for contemporary dry bulk tonnage at compatriot yards.

The leasing arm of Aviation Business Company of China has returned to New Dayang Shipbuilding for 4 extra 63,000 dwt ultramax newbuilds, lifting its orderbook on the yard to 6.

The value being quoted by brokers stands at $32m apiece. The vessels will ship in 2026 and add to the corporate’s portfolio of over 50 ships, principally within the bulker and tanker segments.

In the meantime, Zhejiang Jinpu Transport ordered 10 59,990 dwt vessels at Taizhou Haibin.

No value has been revealed for these home buying and selling coastal bulkers, that are slated for supply all through 2025 and 2026.
